social media influence

According social media-statics & facts (2024) There's about 4.95billion social media users,3.06 billion monthly Facebook users,2billion monthly active Instagram, and 45,24 million daily tik tok users this are just the major social media platforms but more than half the world is on social media and I guarantee u each person sees different content of course across different apps this only normal but if you take your phone right now and three of your friends and search .... On Google you won't get the same result all this to show we are presented by different due the data analyzed on us to there for easily influence us with our own psychology even if you take

Everything is u watch is being monitored and pushed to u based on algorithms which have been carefully built to analyze data

Analysing real world behavior without you ever noticing like it's like a spy spying on u with you ever noticing collecting data on u every single day and using that data on you

And with the spread of fake which spreads like wild fire you do don't who or what to believe in

This are just some ways social media influences us:

Content Feeds Tailored for You: In spaces such as Instagram and Facebook, the visuals and texts you stumble upon are tailored based on your previous likes, interactions, and shared content. Say, if you regularly interact with material regarding physical fitness, it's probable that more articles related to health and exercise will start populating your feed, thus molding your inclinations and actions.
Ads Customized Just For You: Ever noticed after looking up a commodity online, similar product advertisements begin to appear on your social media? This happens because these platforms monitor what you browse then utilize this info to push ads meant just for you. As an illustration; hunting down jogging footgear might trigger a surge of advertisements about sportswear in your social networks' feeds.
Echo Chambers Effect: The algorithms behind social media have a tendency to bolster pre-existing notions by presenting users with materials that coincide with their beliefs. Take as an example someone who endorses pages or groups dedicated to certain political ideas; they might find themselves exposed solely to news and viewpoints reiterating their already held convictions leading towards creating echo chambers and further division among communities.
The Influence of Influencers: People wielding influence on platforms such as TikTok or Instagram wield considerable sway over consumer trends. When these individuals endorse certain products or ways of life, it's likely their audience will seek out these endorsements resulting in shifting market trends & preferences amongst consumers.
The Fast Spread of False Info: Untrue stories alongside misinformation possess the propensity for swift dissemination across social mediums reaching countless recipients rapidly within mere hours - take unwarranted gossip concerning global health dilemmas, politic happenings or even celebrity controversies which can amass momentum abruptly causing bewilderment & spread misleading details amid folks.

In conclusion our thoughts and actions are not our own well designed systems have been built to alter how our perception and almost control us scary but that's just the truth
